After I finished the sculpture Kerusso,
my friends at Christ in the City Lutheran Church and CRAVE
Coffee House wanted some accent sculptures to occupy the side
enclaves in the front of their sanctuary. I thought using
some more of their pipes would fit the space and tie in nicely
with Kerusso, which is also made of pipe organ pipes. So,
I came up with a design that incorporated backlighting. As
you can see from the pictures that capture the entire front
of the sanctuary, these sconces look beautiful!
