Shipping
Policy
Most orders ship out via UPS, depending on size and destination.
International orders ship out via UPS Worldwide Express. Bulk
orders may ship out via the Custom Companies freight. All
orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped
using UPS Second Day Air. All orders to Canada** will ship
via UPS Worldwide Express. Express delivery options are not
available for the Custom Companies freight shipments and USPS
shipments. Dwmerkey sculpture cannot deliver to a Post Office
box. A street address and phone number are required for all
shipments.
Shipment
Times
Shipping time is defined as the time between the moment the
shipment leaves the dwmerkey sculpture studio to the time
it arrives at the customer’s door. Shipping time does
not include the time dwmerkey sculpture needs to process and
pack your order. dwmerkey sculpture’s default shipping
method is UPS standard ground, which usually takes 1-5 business
days in transit for most contiguous US destinations. dwmerkey
sculpture does offer express shipping, at an additional charge,
via UPS Second Day Air. International orders ship via UPS
Worldwide Express and usually take 2-3 days in transit. Bulk
orders will ship via the Custom Companies and will take 1-7
business days in transit, depending on location.
Special
Information about Bulk Orders OR International Orders
Bulk orders are defined as a single order comprised of more
than 3 large-sized products going to a single location. If
this is the case for you, then first off let us thank you
for your order! The shipping charge for bulk or international
orders is based upon the size, weight, and shipping destination
of the item. You will be shown the shipping charges before
your order is shipped. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto
Rico can only be shipped using UPS Second Day Air and will
be charged a surcharge of $20 per package in addition to our
Second Day Air rates. All orders to Canada** will ship via
UPS Worldwide Express and will be charged a $20 surcharge
per package in addition to our 2nd day domestic rates.
** Shipments
to destinations outside the U.S. may be subject to import
duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees which are levied
once the package is delivered. These fees must be borne by
the recipient.
Return
Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order from dwmerkey sculpture,
first let us say we’re sorry and that we’ll do
whatever we reasonably can to satisfy you. If you must ship
your item back to us you may do so within 7 days of your original
reception of the items and receive a refund. You must contact
us first to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number at service@dwmerkey.com.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the original
price you paid for your order less our original shipping and
handling fees. You must pay the shipping costs to return product
to us. The merchandise must be in new condition and properly
packed in order to receive the refund. For your protection,
we recommend you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment
of returns. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are
returned in poor condition. dwmerkey sculpture is the sole
arbiter of whether or not items are in “new,”
“good,” or “poor” condition. In the
rare occurrence that an error was made on the order, just
notify us at service@dwmerkey.com
within 5 days of receiving the package and we will arrange
for a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

Return Your Order
Pack the merchandise in suitable packaging to protect it from
damage, include a note stating your order number and the reason
for return. Then return it within 7 days of your original
receipt of the merchandise to:

For your credit card security, all on-line transactions are
done using a secure server utilizing SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
encryption technology providing complete security for your
information. All such information is kept with the strictest
privacy and used only for specific transaction purposes. No
such information will be disclosed or sold.
Sales
Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
Missouri, which will be automatically applied to your online
order. As laws apply, we will charge sales tax for other states
as well.

information is kept confidential. We do not allow any information
regarding customer names, addresses, phone numbers and or

respect your privacy. In order to fulfill transactions or
provide service to you as a customer of dwmerkey sculpture,
we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common
items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address,
phone number and credit card number. By providing this information
to dwmerkey sculpture, you are agreeing to allow us to utilize
this information to complete all transactions you request
through this website and to disclose that information and
details of all such transactions to dwmerkey sculpture’s
various offices, subsidiaries, affiliates and any necessary
payment processors. Please note that because of the nature
